The effects of subcutaneous hyaluronic acid injections may be appreciated immediately, and the final outcome seen about a week later. The effect endures for 3-9 months, though up to 18 months at times.

Post-treatment behaviour
You may return to work straight after treatment, however, sporting and heavy physical activity, taking of saunas and sunbathing should be avoided for a further 2 days, while showering and wearing make-up is acceptable.
The areas that have received subcutaneous injections should be gently massaged in the following days in order to ensure a uniform distribution of the hyaluronic acid.
